  • Visit the in-country MOD Headquarters as required to gather information pertinent to our partners line of business
  • Monitor in-country MOD activity to ensure our partners do not miss potential business opportunities
  • Deliver and retrieve documents between our partners and the in country MOD
  • Deliver and retrieve documents between our partners and in-country financial institutions as required
  • Support our partners product inspection upon delivery in-country
  • Facilitate communication between our partners and the in-country MOD
  • Visit the various bases and user groups within the in-country MOD on behalf of our partners as required
  • Accompany our partners team when in- country, if needed, to gain customer and product knowledge
  • Resolve any of our partners customer complaints or issues with our products. Interact with the customer and our partners to bring solutions to these problems
  • Manage customer situations, responds promptly to customer needs and solicits feedback to improve service
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, monthly activity reports and business plans as required in a timely and accurate fashion
  • Facilitate our partners product demonstration in-country
  • Ensure our partners business is conducted in accordance with in-country procedures, applicable laws and regulations.
  • Support travel arrangements for in-country visiting teams including, trusted transportation and military base clearance country-wide.
  • Official Arabic, French and English translation services; required on all tenders for all official correspondence, both verbal and written, for meetings and technical support. Provide full execution and assistance in developing our partners submittal to the MOD
  • Local mobile communication as required; trusted office space
  • In country visa processing support (barrier to entry, difficult to obtain in country visa)
  • In-country subcontract activities
